Brodex trident attended my home and took samples from my water supply , they then declared my water safe prior to receiving the test results back, my water at the time was filled with rubber particles and Biofilm . at a later date Brodex trident then attended my home and fitted Flexi hose that does not comply with UK statutory water regulations , this is an offence, this was confirmed by both Dartford council and Thames water - water regulations enforcement , Avoid Brodex trident at all costs un reliable un professional and unsafe .
