Formed in 2012, Davall Construction is a well-established full-service construction company working throughout Wales and the South West. Our clients include a wide range of individuals and companies who are looking to improve their premises, whether it is a private residence or commercial property.

Project Management
We have significant experience in project management and are able to deliver your project from start to finish.

We are able to deal with the day-to-day running of your construction project from inception to completion with responsibility for the effective and efficient use of professional support such as architects, surveyors etc. This includes timescales, resources required and costs involved, developing schedules of work from initial preparation of your site to final completion, overseeing day-to-day work once the building starts, checking progress and quality of the build, ensuring the site meets health & safety and building regulations, and providing progress updates to you, our customer.

Health And Safety
Davall Construction recognizes that full and conscientious compliance with Health & Safety practice is of paramount importance in our industry. The safety and welfare of our employees and the public is prioritised in all aspects of site and operational practice.

All our operatives are always fully trained in the use of any equipment, and we keep safety awareness training up to date with regular on and off site courses. We ensure compliance with industry requirements to meet the standards set out by the CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme), and all our operatives hold valid CITB certification.

Site management is implemented in accordance with CDM regulations, including assessment of any specific issues unique to a particular situation, together with a health & safety plan to address them. Risk and COSHH assessments, and method statements, are standard practice for every project that we undertake.

All management staff acknowledge their responsibilities under the health and safety at work act 1974. David Hall holds the nebosh Construction Certificate and is a member of IOSH. David personally monitors the company’s safe systems of work, and implements changes when and where they are required. Company Health and Safety meetings are established and are held on a quarterly basis.
