ALUMINIUM FABRICATION
Fusion Facades are specialists in fabrication for entrance canopies, detailed perimeters, and elaborately crafted architectural features combining art with engineering skills.

Architectural trends and developments have created a broad spectrum of fabrication challenges for our team over the past two decades. The requirement for softer roof edges, wide and curving capping systems, new and innovative methods of protecting roofs and walls from the elements have all added to our portfolio of designs and skill sets.

ALUMINIUM BRISE SOLEIL
Fusion Facades provide aluminium brise soleil fabrication to keep the noon day sun at bay with solar shading whilst reducing glare and controlling temperature.

Finishes are accurately colour matched as required. Where the design specification requires it, contrasting finishes and fabrication materials can be incorporated including stainless steel.

ALUMINIUM COLUMN CASINGS
Cosmetic finishing of building support structures such as columns and arches is part and parcel of the Fusion Facades service.

Our aluminium column casings are available in square, eliptical, oval and traditional round profiles, our column casings can incorporate male/female assembly joints, decorative collars and rings as required.

Finishes include polyester powder coatings which when combined with the aluminium structure conforms to Class ‘0’ Spread of Flame regulations.

SNAPLOK CAPPING ALUMINIUM COPING
As the name implies, the SnapLok wall capping or coping allows the outer aluminium weathering capping to be “snapped” onto the specially designed combined fixing/jointing brackets. This eliminates the need for vulnerable penetrations on the top surface, resulting in a smooth, uninterrupted line.

SPANDREL PANELS
Our Spandrel Panels are non-combustible and can easily be fitted into curtain walling as well as part of structural glazing. These panels are perfect for enhancing the appearance of the facades. These panels are made from A1 non-combustible materials.

WINDOWN LINERS
Fusion Facades window liner systems provide the interface to windows, patio doors and access panels securely into facade panelling and cladding providing a weatherproof and colour consistent transition.

Finishes are accurately colour matched as required. Where the design specification requires it, contrasting finishes and fabrication materials can be incorporated including stainless steel.

Powder coating and anodised finishes are available with a lifetime guarantee. Our polyester powder coating finishes are guaranteed to BS 6496/12206-1 for up to 30 years or more depending on surrounding environmental conditions.
