Ignored written instruction about centering tiles. fitted surround anyway. Plastered in new chimney without removing skirting boards didnt fill in the commissioning paper work correctly and the only reason he got paid the full amount was to get rid of him as his delays "not coming when he said he would" were affecting the other trades people booked for the rest of my project. I am looking into how to report him as I dont think all the details on the commission sheet have been filled in. Very expensive but left the house tidy and uses a terrific plasterer I have photos and instruction emails which he ignored as evidence I doubt I will get any recompence but sometimes its as good to pay to get rid of a nasty wart and move on ! So buyer please beware Overpriced halfcocked job!
