£3.5k owed and not able to get a date for when the work will take place.

The first payment for this work was made in July 2023. Paul initially quoted late November / December for the work to start which was fine.

One element of the work was completed at the start of December and Paul said he hoped to finish the rest before Christmas.

I didnt hear anything prior to Christmas and requested an update on timings over Christmas. Paul was on holiday so couldnt respond immediately (again fine). However, we have been corresponding since 15 January; and over 2 months later I am not any closer to understanding a date for when the work will be completed.

To date I have paid £5,271 and the work undertaken to date was quoted as £1,780, which means that there is £3,491 outstanding.
