A dedicated account manager will be assigned to ensure a smooth transition to your new system. The implementation process includes establishing a timeline with defined touch points and milestones, data migration, system setup, system review/testing, user training and go-live planning and support.

The process may include weekly calls, virtual training, and/or on-site consultation. After go-live, you will work with your account manager for a period of time and receive dedicated attention to help you and your staff gain confidence with your system.
