We recently had a 14m2 Arctic Cabin installed in our garden. Great quality product and an excellent team who worked tirelessly to construct it in a day and a half. One small snag regarding the chimney was identified by Todd (team lead) at the hand-over/demonstration stage and sorted immediately. We couldn’t be happier. The weather has just changed and we had logs burning last night, sipping wine, whilst watching the final episode of the Grand Tour on a 43 inch TV that blends in well on a side sloping panel. We’ve run full power and an Ethernet Cable for best wi-fi.
I’ve also cooked a leg of lamb on the grill which was perhaps a little ambitious for me but loads of fun.. Next time, I’ll stick to steaks & chicken but anything is possible depending on your skill set. The smoke is drawn straight up the chimney and the whole fire works very well. It brings out the stone-age man in you with the design and skins etc.
Our teenage boys have their mates around who all rave about ‘how cool’ it is and say the acoustics are great for their music. We can’t hear a thing from them when we’re sitting in the main house with our hands over our ears. ??
We are sure the cabin has added considerable value to our property and will continue to bring happiness for years to come.

It has been four week since the completion of our Arctic cabin time to pick any faults, the other week we had torrential rain and strong winds I can honestly say there are not any, the workmanship is impeccable, and looks stunning.
From day one when we saw Andy Harris at Studley Garden Centre to discuss our requirements & he was very helpful with the various options available, we opted for a double cabin with porch BBQ in the one cabin, light dome & seating in the other, with all accessories as standard.
From then on all the team that were involved in delivering the materials Craig, & Carlos, the construction of the base by Paul, & Richie, the fabrication of the cabin over three days by Jamie, & Will. in what was the hotest days of the year so far at that time, all punctual and well-mannered a credit to the company.
I can Highly recommend there Cabins.

it was well worth travelling to nottingham to see in person all the different models available , we had thought to have the 7m2 cabin ,but as soon as we saw the 10 m with bar , job done . The boys arrived soon after and just about finished most of it the 1st day, then come back next morning and finished off. From start to finish they have been so helpful - flexible with my changing installation date requests and the quality of the cabin is excellent.

We went to see some insulated garden rooms but fell in love with the bbq hut so much that I went back the next day to order it. It was James who made our experience well worth it from start to finish by keeping us informed and accommodating our request to install it before a certain date.
We’ve used it every week at least once or twice, even weekdays too, it’s so cosy and warm. My kids sit there to chill out with music, on their own or have friends over, well worth it.
The installation team arrived around 7.30, I had to go to work later but they kept me informed by sending me pics of the installation. They showed my husband, how to use it when they finished around 1 pm and left the place tidy.

An absolutely pleasurable experience from beginning to end! I contacted James, really lovely guy - soo helpful! Absolutely no hard sell. Communications were quick and all queries answered. Everything went according to plan - once the installation date was set it’s guaranteed that that’s the date it’ll be - no changes or excuses like other companies. The installation guys arrived at 8am and completed the installation by 4pm - they never stopped - very professional and skilled I must say. Upon completion all advice was given on how to use and care for our cabin. Is I said, the entire team are amazing - I cannot recommend Artic Cabins highly enough - one of the best companies I have ever dealt with!

Arctic Cabins installed our 10 M2 cabin on 3rd April, they kept us very informed on what would happen and
when. The installation was carried out by a team of very polite and courteous young men, they worked very hard and had the Cabin up in 1 day. A few finishing touches the next morning and it was ready for use.
