Simon Porter of Jonathan Lea assisted us with the sale of our business and registering a debenture. He clearly cares about his clients as he checked in with me several times to make sure certain things were completed on time as being late would cause us problems.
He was available on the day of signing our business over even though it was a Saturday and I did, in fact, phone him a few times for help and advice.
