I was visiting London in October 2024 with my parents who are 85 and 86. My Mum’s knee went out and she ended up in hospital unable to walk. I contacted them
11 October 2024 late on Sunday night to rent a wheelchair and Lisa got back to me early on Monday morning stating she can get a wheelchair delivered to my hotel that day.
Lisa was so helpful, caring, professional and accommodating. Rahul delivered the wheelchair to our hotel in a timely manner then picked it up from Heathrow airport the day we were flying home.
Rahul from 24-7 Healthcare was professional, accommodating and kind. I don’t know what we would have done without a wheelchair and the service that they provided.
