Passivhaus®
Passvhaus® is an internationally recognised German building standard developed for comfort, low energy consumption and a healthy living environment - and its scientifically proven. We design, test and certify all our homes to the Passivhaus® standard.

Net Carbon Zero
We take great care in sourcing materials and utilising construction methods carry low embodied carbon or sequester carbon. This includes considerations like: where are the materials located? Does this process produce alot of waste? Collectively this analysis is referred to as a Life Cycle assessment.

Garden Rooms
Whether it be a home office, gym or relaxation space... We believe building a space separate of your main living area is key to comfortable living.

Perfect for pursuing hobbies or working in style, our garden rooms are used as gyms, saunas, offices, music studios, and workshops to name a few. All of our buildings fall under UK Permitted Development Rights: therefore no planning permission is required*.
