Based near the Berkshire-Hampshire border, our skilled and dedicated engineers are available to also provide technical support for Air/Ground source units, Heat Recovery units, domestic MVHR systems and Swimming Pool units throughout the southern region of UK including Central London.

Furthermore, our engineers have a background of working with all aspects of heating and hot water systems, meaning they are more than competent in fault diagnosis and are best equipped to establish or give advice on the most cost-effective options for repair. We are also F-Gas Registered and can provide 24/7 support through our emergency phone line.

We recognise that in some instances of unit breakdown, the solution could be very simple and may be possible to rectify yourself without the need for a chargeable visit. Therefore, alongside our support/technical phone line we have created a help page, for you to access – with easy to follow steps that you can run through without our presence.

We support these clients by organising tenants’ appointments for annual servicing and maintenance and offering priority call-outs for breakdown and 24/7 telephone assistance.

Emergency Repair
Our engineers are highly qualified and experienced in diagnosing faults and can offer assistance over the telephone. In many circumstances this can avoid unnecessary call out charges. Nevertheless if they are unable to rectify the issue they will advise you accordingly to ensure the unit is safe and we will organise a timely visit.

Annual Service
We will arrange to visit the property annually to conduct a general inspection of the unit. This may include, but is not limited to, replacing filters, running tests, reviewing alarm logs, calibrating and making adjustments to the unit as necessary to optimise performance and efficiency.
