The Perimeter Heating Company was formed to provide a tailored service, designing HVAC systems that work with the client, the architect, the consultant and the building. We are specialists in the design, manufacture and supply of trench heating, perimeter heating, pedestal heating, air curtains and fan coil casing.

LPHW TRENCH HEATING SYSTEMS - DESIGN, MANUFACTURE & SUPPLY
Trench heaters are installed under perimeter glazing to form a continuous thermal barrier, preventing the formation of condensation and from cold air reaching the building occupants. Originally designed as a secondary heat source to combat downdraughts from full height glazing, larger trench heaters are becoming more popular as the greater heat output reduces the requirement for additional heating appliances within the space.

ELECTRIC TRENCH HEATING SYSTEMS - DESIGN, MANUFACTURE & SUPPLY
Electric trench heaters are normally installed directly in front of large glass surfaces. The advantage of electric-only heaters lies in their independence of forced-circulation heating systems. The heat output produced by trench heaters is sufficient to be used either as the primary or secondary heat source. They make a perfect fit in the existing building space, in contemporary low-energy and passive homes, in electric-only houses, in buildings under construction and wherever connection to the heating system is not possible or desirable.

The Perimeter Heating Company’s range of air curtains are a high performance, energy efficient solution, ideally suited for use in offices, retail outlets, manufacturing facilities, reception areas and warehouses. Standard, Architectural and Recessed models are available in ambient, hot water or electric options.

COPPER/ALUMINIUM HEATING ELEMENTS - DESIGN, MANUFACTURE & SUPPLY
As well as being used in our trench and perimeter heating casings we also offer our LPHW heating elements separately for installation into builders’ work casings and trench castings.

Also referred to as Cu/Alu coil or baseboard heaters, these in house manufactured elements are available in several sizes with single and twin tube options.
