Ventilation Test
Ventilation Testing, also called Extract Testing, is now a requirement for all new builds in the UK, as per Part F of the Building regs. The process involves evaluation of the mechanical air flow rates, taking things like trickle vents and extractor fans into account.

SAP Calculations
SAP Calculations or “standard assessment procedures” are a mandatory building regulation requirement. The Government has made SAP calculations to calculate the energy performance of domestic dwellings. SAP calculations need to be conducted on all new residential developments, extensions and conversions and a score on a scale between 1 – 100 will be issued after the calculation has taken place.

BREEAM Testing
BREEAM assessments are considered the premium science-based sustainability testing for building design, construction and operation. BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) is a globally recognised test and is often requested for environmental performance assessment by clients and project managers for numerous different building types.
