About Grant Store
Grant Store specialises in all aspects of heating, electrical and insulation grants. We have a combined knowledge of over 50 years in the industry, that has enabled us to engage in direct contracts with multiple utility companies helping us to deliver energy saving measures under ECO & Local Authority schemes. Grant Store is also an OLEV approved installer of Electrical Vehicle charging points, for both the home and workplace charging schemes.

Grant Store is an accredited installer with direct access to ECO Grant Funding with multiple utility companies. This means that we are in a perfect position to help adequately heat and insulate vulnerable people’s homes across the UK.
What is LA Flex funding?
LA Flex is an extension to ECO Funding but the qualifying criteria are set out by the Local Authority in their Statement of Intent. The criteria changes with each Local Authority but the idea is to increase the number of households that are eligible for heating & insulation grants.
Non-Condensing Gas Boiler Replacements
About the grant
Under the governments ECO Scheme, customers can receive funding towards a new A rated boiler. As part of this service, we conduct a system cleanse to remove all of the old sludge, ensure your heating controls are up to date and provide each boiler with a standard two-year warranty and a ADEY Chemical Filter, for that extra peace of mind.
Based on current prices, the average cost of having a boiler replaced privately is approximately £1,800, however, if you take advantage of a heating grant it can save you a considerable amount of money.
To be eligible to receive a heating grant to cover the cost of replacing your boiler, you or someone living in the property must be the homeowner and be in receipt of one of the qualifying benefits. Once we have confirmed that you are eligible to receive the grant, one of our Gas Safe registered surveyors will come to the property to carry out a free no obligation survey.
First Time Central Heating
Under the governments ECO Scheme, customers can receive funding towards First Time Central Heating. As part of this service we will fit a new boiler, radiators in each habitable room and provide you with wireless heating controls. Each boiler comes with a standard two year warranty for that extra peace of mind.
Based on current prices, the average cost of having a central heating system fitted privately is approximately £3,500, however, taking advantage of a heating grant can save you a considerable amount of money.
Electric Storage Heater Grants
Under the governments ECO Scheme, customers can receive funding towards Electric Storage Heaters. As part of this service we will design a bespoke system to efficiently heat your property and provide you with energy efficient High Heat Retention storage heaters. The heaters come with a standard twelve year manufacturer’s warranty for that extra peace of mind.
Based on current prices, the average cost of having your heaters replaced privately is approximately £4,000, however, taking advantage of a heating grant can save you a considerable amount of money.

EV Workplace Charging – OLEV Grant
Grant Store is one of the few Office for Low Emission Vehicles (OLEV) accredited installers in the North West, that have direct access to the Workplace Charging Grant. This grant allows a workplace to claim funding for up to 20 EV chargers, up to 75% of the cost or to a maximum of £500 per charger.
This Government incentive is designed to lower carbon emissions across the country by helping business to provide a charging point for their employees needs by getting one installed for as little as £149 incl VAT.
