Rubber Sealing Products For Industry
Seals Direct have extensive experience in designing and manufacturing seals and extrusions to our customers specifications. Adhesives & Sealants
Our adhesives and sealants are ideal for various marine, automotive and industrial applications and can be used for bonding two surfaces together, securing seals into channels and making flexible joints. We supply a range of different adhesives and sealants depending on the required application and joining materials. We recommend using Polyurethane (S136) and Silicone (S137 and S138) for sealing windows and making flexible joints. Thixofix (A139) is a good general purpose contact adhesive and can be used on a huge range of materials such as rubber, wood, plastic and metal. An instant grab two part contact adhesive (A262) is recommended where a fully waterproof joint is required.

Custom Rubber Seals
With over 50 years' experience in the rubber industry, Seals Direct is a leading supplier in custom solid and sponge rubber seals, trims and gaskets. We offer an extensive range of rubber materials in a range of grades and specifications. Using an existing sample or dimension drawing our manufacturing capabilities allow us to extrude an exact replica in a range of sponge and solid materials.

Caravan & Motorhome Seals
Over time the seals on your caravan or motorhome shrink, perish, discolour and become less effective so need to be replaced. Replacing your seals is essential for preventing damage to your vehicle. Our caravan and motorhome seals are designed for caravan and motorhome windows, doors, lockers, hatches, sinks, battery boxes, awnings and gutters. We stock one of the largest ranges of window and door seals and offer solutions for the majority of caravan and motorhome makes and models. All of our seals are manufactured from high quality PVC, silicone or sponge and solid EPDM and will provide you with a long lasting air and watertight solution.

Edge Trims & Seals
Our self-gripping edge trims can be used for protecting edges on panels, doors and glass. We offer one of the largest selections of trims which can be used to create seals on doors, hatches, lockers, enclosures and cabinets. All of our edge trims are manufactured with a self-gripping spine so hold themselves in place without the need for additional adhesive. A number of our edge trims are supplied with either a side or top sponge sealing bulb. As the bulb on these seals is manufactured from a soft compressible material we recommend compressing the bulb by approximately 30%. For example, if you have a 10mm gap we recommend using a sponge sealing bulb approximately 15mm diameter. When compressed this will create a good watertight seal but not damage the profile over prolonged used.

Fenders
Our fenders are ideal for protecting your boat or pontoon from bumps or knocks in the event of impact. We offer a range of sizes designed for DIY installation on boats, pontoons or other marine vessels. Our fenders can also be used in industrial settings, such as docking bays and factories, where you need a level of protection from bumps and impact. We manufacture our fenders from marine quality EPDM rubber, PVC or Aluminium depending whether you require a non-marking material or rubber which will stay the same hardness all year round. We offer one of the largest ranges of D, U, B and Aluminium fenders but are also able to manufacture custom extrusions to your exact requirements.

Glazing & Door Seals
Over time the seals around your windows and doors compress and become less effective so need to be replaced. Replacing your seals is essential for preventing damage to your home, saving you money and keeping you warm and comfortable.

Hatch Seals
Our Hatch Seals are suitable for lockers and hatches on boats and caravans to prevent water ingress. The type of seal will vary depending on the type of hatch, trueness of the lid, surface available to attach the seal and weight of the hatch.
