The company has grown from a single auction site in Northern Ireland to become the largest independent auction company in the UK and Ireland with an annual hammer total in excess of £400 million.

Wilsons Auctions has nineteen sites, including ten branches in Belfast, Glasgow, Dublin, Maidstone, Newcastle-Upon-Tyne, Newport, Portadown, Queensferry, Telford and Oxford. It is the only auction company in the British Isles to offer a national coverage, allowing it to draw on experience, resources and ideas from all of its branches.

The management team is fully trained in their particular areas of expertise and pride themselves in offering a service second to none.

Holding over 3100 auctions each year, Wilsons Auctions can auction every category of asset from cars and vans, plant and machinery to property and general goods. It also has the expertise to deal with more luxurious goods including planes, yachts, gold bars, supercars, designer goods, prestigious watches and more recently expanding its offering to cryptocurrency.

Wilsons Auctions manages the whole asset realisation process for its clients, including collection, valuation, storage, re-marketing and auctioning of assets.

Wilsons Auctions has become the leading asset realisation provider within the public sector, working with over 40 law enforcement agencies and over 170 government bodies across the UK and Ireland. It is proud to have been responsible for returning in excess of £120 million, in recent years, back into the public purse.

Car Auctions
We hold car auctions daily across our branches in the UK and Ireland and everyone is welcome to buy and sell a car at any time. We have a fantastic selection of makes and models to suit all buyers and their budgets.

Van Auctions
Our weekly van auctions take place across our branches in the UK and Ireland, featuring a range of vans, HGVs, 4x4s, trailers, buses, coaches and much more.

Plant & Machinery Auctions
The Plant & Machinery Auctions take place regularly across our branches, featuring all types of farm machinery, excavators, cranes, dumpers and other machinery and equipment. These auctions also include small tools and equipment.

Online Auctions
We have seen a significant increase in our online auctions across the group, giving customers comfort and safety in bidding. The Online Auctions are held daily through the Timed Online auction facility. This will give potential buyers a bidding window for a certain time period with Lots ending in timed intervals.

Land & Property Auctions
Our weekly Land & Property Auctions are managed by the experienced Land & Property Departments based in our Belfast, Dublin and Dalry branches.

Liquidation & Disposal Auctions
We have Liquidation and Disposal auctions taking place each week, containing new and used Lots from tablets, computers, cosmetics and jewellery to household items, smartphones, bikes, gym equipment and so much more.

Government Auctions
The Luxury Assets Auction takes place each month and features a host of high-value goods from some of the worlds most iconic brand names.

Offsite Auctions
Wilsons Auctions has the ability to host some of the largest off-site auctions at locations across the UK and Ireland thanks to its expert Mobile Auction Team.
