About Salvus Security Systems Limited
Salvus Security Systems Ltd was established in 1997. We specialise in the design, supply, installation and maintenance of hi-tech cabled and wireless security solutions for commercial and residential properties. Originally centred in Bedfordshire, we now cover the home counties and London area.
All of our technicians are highly skilled and have at least 20 years experience within the security industry. All members of the team meet the requirements of the police approved screening process, assuring peace of mind for our customers.
Our security systems are fully compliant with the latest British and European standards.
Salvus has established a close working relationship with leading suppliers and manufacturers to ensure that we continue to make best use of the latest technological advances within the industry.
Intruder Alarms
As an SSAIB approved Company we have been installing and maintaining intruder alarms in Bedford, Midlands and the home counties since 1997.
From simple audible only alarms to more complex security solutions demanding police response, with either single or dual path communication to the alarm receiving centre. We have installed over 2000 security systems in both commercial and residential properties to date and our business continues to grow year on year. The majority of our customers also benefit from our competitively priced maintenance cover to ensure optimum performance.
CCTV
We offer a comprehensive range of CCTV systems with digital recording that can be controlled via your PC and even accessed remotely via your smartphone. For added security we can install security lighting, either halogen floodlights or low energy LED fittings.
It is becoming increasing more common for businesses to use remote CCTV monitoring to allow for 24 hour protection. Advantages include the fact that remote monitored CCTV and site management systems not only detect any activation but also have skilled analysts that can identify a real activation from a false activation thus reducing the number of false call outs.
Access Control
Doors to and from a site can be controlled using a variety of access control systems including having a reader installed on the outside of the door that needs to be controlled.
It is also possible to control and restrict staff or people from particular areas, time of day or day of the week. It is also a great way of tracking or logging staff or personnel when connected to a network.
