Steve joins from housing maintenance company HomeServe where he was National Contracts Director for HomeServe Emergency Services.
In his new role, Steve will drive the continuing expansion of the Lovell Respond repairs and maintenance business which specialises in reactive and programmed maintenance contracts including day-to-day responsive repairs, refurbishment of void properties, programmed maintenance, electrical and gas installations and servicing and repair.

"Steve brings a wealth of responsive and reactive maintenance experience from different sectors having worked at a senior level for leading companies within the housing maintenance and repair, telecommunications and media markets," said Lovell Managing Director Stewart Davenport. "His appointment will enable us to grow the business and continue to offer a high-quality, customer-focused service to existing and new clients."
Steve has extensive expertise in managing large operational teams. In his role at HomeServe, Steve was responsible for the company's national network of contractors, delivering over £100 million of domestic household and property repairs.
