Dortek Vision Panels Available With SmartGlass

Construction News Image
By constantly investing in research and development, a manaufacturer, Dortek has announced the use of a new innovation in their vision panels.

Through the use of liquid crystal technology, SmartGlass or Switchable Windows can change from transparent to opaque in just one switch allowing the user the benefit of a completely hygienic system which permits total privacy yet providing 100% visibility when clear.

Liquid crystals are respondent to temperature provided by an electrical supply. Once switched on, the molecules align clearing the panel instantly and allowing light to pass through.

Once the power is switched off, the molecules disperse, scattering light and the SmartGlass becomes opaque and obscurable.

There is no requirement for blinds, curtains, shutters or any kind of add-on that allows for the build up of dust or dirt, therefore completely compatible for industries where hygiene is of a main importance.

It can be operated effectively and simply at just a flick of a switch.
