Mark Plummer Carpentry Start Work On 70 Bedroom Care Home
Mark Plummer Carpentry Limited is one of the Home Counties' leading carpentry companies, working in both commercial and residential sectors providing a multi-discipline service for an ever expanding client list.
In November 2009, Mark Plummer Carpentry commenced work on a 70 bedroom Care Home in Bedfordshire with principal contractor Castleoak Care Partnership which is due to run until summer 2010.
Based in Cardiff, Wales, Castleoak specialises in the development, design and construction of nursing homes and other care accommodation and have particular experience in reprovisioning programmes and in developing, designing and building dedicated dementia care and extra care schemes.
Mark Plummer Carpentry have been working for leading companies such as Castleoak, Laing Homes, Miller Homes Ltd, McCann Ltd, Marchfield developments and commercial developers such as David McLean, Redworth Construction and Bell Projects since its formation in May 2003.
When asked why Mark Plummer Carpentry goes from strength to strength, even during the downturn, Managing Director Mark Plummer said: "We always aim to be a part of our client's team, working together to achieve the best results, time and time again working to budgets and agreed timescales. We have mobile teams that specialise in different kinds of projects. We also have an aftercare team that specialises in looking after all of our projects after they have finished".
Having received various awards for joint projects with clients and specialising in timber frame erection, Mark Plummer have carried out a number of award-winning contracts for some of the largest names in the house building industry.
