The Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) will be one of the main sponsors at this year's Ecobuild exhibition, taking place at Earl's Court from 2-4 March 2010.
As well as sponsoring the VIP/speaker area and the key information points throughout the exhibition, staff from the CIOB's membership team will be on hand to provide advice and guidance. The CIOB will also be conducting interviews for candidates who wish to gain the Chartered Environmentalist qualification.
On Thursday 4 March, the company will be hosting a panel discussion on the subject of 'Greening the Construction Curriculum – Fit for the Future?'. The live, interactive session will be facilitated by a pre-event survey of CIOB members and questions from a live audience. It is planned that the session will be filmed and broadcast via the CIOB website so it can be shared with a wider audience.
Chaired by CIOB Deputy Chief Executive, Michael Brown, he will also be joined by panel members Paul Morrell OBE, Chief Construction Advisor and Professor Li Shirong, CIOB President.
