Building Profiles Add Contron Conservatory Controller

Building Profiles, distributors of a wide range of quality fittings for windows and doors, is introducing its new product - the Contron Conservatory Controller.

The Contron has been designed to provide a function rich yet easy to use control panel ideally suited for conservatory type installations. Simple press

button operation coupled with the capability to operate up to 4 vent actuators simultaneously, makes the Contron a cost effective upgrade from manual openers such as screw jacks.

The Contron offers full automatic control using a built in temperature sensor.

The Contron will automatically close vents in the event of rain – even in manual mode.

Key Features include:
  • Dual operational mode, manual or automatic
  • External rain detection, functions in both modes
  • Constant temperature readout using backlit blue display
  • Built-in temperature sensor
  • Remote temperature sensor available as optional add-on
  • Can replace switch on existing systems, surface or flush mounted options.
  • Security – Facility to automatically close vent(s) after a pre-set period from manual open
  • Security – Unit will always close vent(s) and revert to manual operation after mains power cut.
  • Safety –Two solid-state self-resetting fuses for electrical safety
