HSS Hire Scoops 'Customer King' Title For Livehire
HSS Hire, the UK's award-winning tool and equipment hire company, has added the Cisco Customer Kings Highly Commended award to their impressive list of commendations for their revolutionary online business management system Livehire.
The Cisco Customer Kings Awards, in association with Real Business, were looking for firms that had developed noteworthy techniques in the field of customer service and the criteria particularly focused on innovation. HSS LiveHire impressed judges with the customer service benefits it offers - giving users complete transparency and absolute control of their tool and equipment hire portfolios through a secure and personalized extranet which helps drive efficiencies and bring costs down in the process.
Real Business' Charles Orton Jones commented: "HSS Hire impressed us with its innovative use of technology to reinvent their services to suit the customers need. The LiveHire service has transformed their offering from a simple booking device to a service that actually helps its customers to manage their projects in a much more efficient way. It's a great example of how technology can actually help to offer customers the personal touch. HSS Hire has raised the standards for the entire construction industry."
Launched in 2009 and already revolutionising plant and tool equipment hire, HSS LiveHire is an online business management tool that uniquely combines an instant and paperless approach to hire management with online, real-time, transactional hire. LiveHire users are guaranteed the easy hire you’d expect from HSS combined with improved visibility and control of their hire portfolio, enabling them to best manage their hire portfolio, hiring and off-hiring equipment online and in real-time; controlling entire registers of assets by site and viewing and managing financial statements and KPIs online.
HSS LiveHire puts control firmly in the hands of the customer, revolutionizing how they manage and monitor their hire assets and empowering them to really 'own' hire for the first time ever. It’s all about driving down hire duration and the true cost of portable plant.
Commenting on the award win, Chris Davies, CEO of HSS Hire, said: "We are delighted to have been Highly Commended for our LiveHire system. At HSS, we advocate a customer-focused approach and our aim with LiveHire is to give our customers better management of the equipment they have on hire. Saving time and money are always important factors for any business but, now more than ever, intelligent top-line solutions must be found to identify efficiencies and drive out unnecessary costs and we believe LiveHire helps deliver against those needs in a way that no other system can do."
