Purpose Made Bespoke Joinery from Robert J Turner & Company
All joinery from Robert J Turner & Company is purpose made to client specifications. Competitively priced and constructed with traditional methods, much of the company's bespoke architectural joinery is installed into period or listed buildings, matching existing joinery but complying with modern building regulations.
Most joinery will leave the company premises with a base or primer coat to suit the finish of your choice. This ensures that all areas are sealed before installation.
The service offered is why the company has so many repeat customers. They will quote, survey the site, discuss your requirements, provide CAD drawings for your approval (faxed, PDF, DXF or DWG formats) before the manufacturing process begins.
A guide to door designs can be found on their website. If you need to choose a glass design, further information can be found on the site too under JOINERY.
In 1970 Robert J. Turner & Company was established, providing quality bespoke joinery using traditional craftsmanship. The company was founded aiming to supply the highest quality craftsmanship and service. This is unchanged. Manufacturing with traditional methods provides their clients with the best quality yet still giving value for money.
Robert J. Turner & Company provides precision woodwork for many listed building refurbishments, barn conversions, new builds and extensions manufacturing all kinds of doors, casement windows, double hung sash windows, staircases, reception/bar and display counters, fitted kitchens, screens, wall panelling and other associated items. High class furniture, as with all items, is manufactured to client specification. Full working drawings are provided for design and approval purposes.
The company has many repeat customers, and continues to gain work by recommendation. Fittingly, the company has been awarded membership of The Guild of Master Craftsmen in recognition of the company's commitment to work with skill and integrity, and its agreement to abide by The Guild's publicly declared aims and objectives. This follows approval of references submitted by a number of highly satisfied customers.
Robert J Turner is & Company is now entitled to display The Guild logo at its premises, on company vehicles and all stationery items.
