Smoke, heat, evacuation and natural ventilation solutions are to be more accessible to the trade than before with news that Build.co.uk is adding leading firm, Building Profiles to its widely consulted directory.
A company spokesman said that the directory is "helping us offer customers the most up-to-date products and resources across the ventilation market".
He said that, with a guaranteed next day delivery nationwide on all products, Building Profiles has rapidly shown itself to be market leaders in the industry by "working closely with customers to provide complete systems to fulfill specifiers, fabricators and end users needs".
The BP representative said: "Services include made to measure ventilators, specifying manual window operating systems and purpose made louvers as well as the design, supply, installation and commissioning of smoke, heat evacuation and natural ventilation systems."
The company also offers annual service for electric window operated systems as well as warehouse stocking facilities to make sure the required items are on hand for Building Profile's guaranteed next day delivery service.
New products include the MULTIE.ch.O which is a 230v actuator which can be used exclusively for opening and closing a wide range of windows for natural ventilation.
"It's ideal for outward opening windows with a height of at least 50cm," explained the spokesman, noting that the actuator is fitted with a limit micro switch, a terminal board and a warning light for the window closed position which is an overload device which stops the operator in the event of an overload.
The chain travel can be adjusted from 90 to 400mm. The chain has also been treated with Dacromet for protection against oxidation under the most severe weather conditions.
The actuator also comes included with fitted accessories, drilling templates for fitting the operator to the window and special brackets for top-hung outward opening and bottom-hung windows.
He said that, for more information, customers should call the Building Profiles sales team on 01789 414044 or email sales@buildingprofiles.co.uk
