For the Roundels Cottage project in High Button near Godalming, Mark Hillier of H2 Architects in Richmond chose to specify multiple products supplied by the A. Proctor Group.

The A Proctor Group supply a wide range of high performance timber cladding systems which caught the eye of clients Mr & Mrs Burdett.

With a range systems available, from the solid colour Maibec®, supplied with a 50 year warranty, to the translucent colours of the Royale with a 30 year warranty, and Regent with 15 years. In the end the smooth finish of the Regent cladding, in brown, was chosen. In fact the clients were so impressed with the look of the Regent cladding that, with the assistance of the A. Proctor Group again, they were able to specify matching timber decking.


This high performance MicroPro Treated timber not only gives their swimming pool extension a thoroughly modern appearance, but ensures that it’ll look just as good in years to come.

To complement the Regent cladding, the A Proctor Group's Frameshield-100 timber frame breather membrane was also specified, helping ensure that the wall works technically as well as aesthetically, even in the difficult environment of a swimming pool.
