The UK's leading regeneration specialist, St. Modwen, scooped the Commercial Developer of the Year award at the Insider West Midlands Property Awards 2010.
Around 600 property professionals attended the 10th annual awards ceremony on 25 November 2010 at the Hilton Metropole Hotel at the National Exhibition Centre. The judging panel of industry leaders and influencers, headed up by Insider West Midlands editor Andy Coyne, recognised St. Modwen for "enjoying another active year". Progress at the £1 billion Longbridge regeneration scheme and the completion of the new Warwickshire College in Rugby were also acknowledged.
John Dodds, St. Modwen's Regional Director for the West Midlands, said: "We are thrilled to have picked up the award for Commercial Developer of the Year. The Insider West Midlands Property Awards is highly regarded by the regional property industry, and to be recognised by our peers in this way is extremely rewarding. This accolade is a reflection of the team's efforts in the Midlands throughout the year, and is also an acknowledgement by a whole host of third parties of our achievements and successes over the last 12 months."
The Insider West Midlands Property Awards include 12 award categories. Nominations are sought in each category, with submissions then requested for shortlisted entries. Winners in each category are selected by a judging panel of industry experts.
