Stroma's FSAP 2009 Is The First Software To Be Re-Approved For The Production Of Building Regulation Checklist Reports
Stroma Certification's FSAP (Full SAP 2009) software version 1.1 has been reapproved on the 18th October by BRE on behalf of Department of Energy and Climate Change (DECC) and Communities and Local Government (CLG). This is due to incorporation of the Building Regulation Checklist report function that confirms compliance to Building Regulation Part L 1A 2010.
This allows accredited energy assessors to produce and submit Building Regulation complaint SAP calculations to the client and Building Control, Stroma are proud to announce that their software is the industry first to produce the compliance checklist required.
FSAP 2009 will prove to be an invaluable tool for all architects, house builders and On Construction Energy Assessors (OCEAs) and is available free of charge to download. The software presents an excellent calculation/assessment tool for both individual and multiple dwellings, many of the key features can be found below:
