Ecomix 40 is a computerised mobile plant with hydraulic drive and automatic/manual management, design for production of concrete and for production of roadbed, also for all activity needs quality concretes, mixed-concrete and cold road working.

Some important benefits of the machine are: facility of employ, transportation and use, the chance of a rapid and direct installation on a specific building site (without any particular external supply), the mobility that allow the production and the discharge of finish material when the machine moves, the possibility to free the track from the machine when the work is finished or during the cleaning.

The unit is completely autonomous, it has got a diesel motor – hydraulics pumps (for the principal power action). The system is composed of unique loadable skid (stainless) that allow discharge and installation in an easy and rapid way, furthermore for cleaning and maintenance operation.

The plant has got a discharge belt with a hydraulic piston that allows shifting of 148° on horizontal side and 15° on vertical side during the work. Besides it’s fold-able of 90° in transporting mode.

Hydraulic drive with LS system is a choice that allows a huge flexibility and confidence to the machine: it will work in different environment and exercise conditions. It is possible employ only the necessary power.

The machine is for continuous production of cold concrete; the range of productions are around 40mc/h (this value depends from the type of material).

ECOMIX 40 has got a hopper for inert stocking, extraction and dosing belt (on discharge mouth of inert hopper) for the transport of inert material from hopper to mixer. It has got a single-axis multi-speed mixer, cement hopper with her extraction cochlea, cement-weighing cochlea, a water tank complete of flow meter and line for water drawing.
