Green Light For The Greenhouse
The developers of MediaCityUK, Peel Media have secured planning permission to convert a three storey building next to The Pie Factory into a new development called the Greenhouse.
The Greenhouse (which is adjacent to the Pie Factory, the campus for the University of Salford and the new home for ITV) will offer a range of office suites for companies of up to 12 employees looking to join the already bustling community at Salford Quays.
Stephen Wild, Managing Director of Real Estate for Peel Media, said: "The Greenhouse will provide self-contained office suites spread over three floors. It is located less than a minute's walk from the new tram terminus at the heart of MediaCityUK and complements the media hub we’ve created at The Pie Factory. It is an ideal solution for small companies looking for a cost-effective and flexible way to be part of the MediaCityUK environment."
