At Architech Cad Ltd we provide a unique and innovative service for Property Developers, Estate Agents and Architects across the UK and beyond.

The company was established in 2002 to develop a range of cost effective high quality 3D and 2D property marketing images. Since then our images have assisted in the sale of many hundreds of properties throughout the UK.

Our main aim was the creation of affordable 3D Floor Plans that would be appreciated by property purchasers who are not accustomed to looking at, and understanding, floor plans. Our clients often comment on how effective these plans are at assisting prospective purchasers to see themselves inside the property

All the images can be created from building drawings.

The 3D Floor Plans & 2D Floor Plans can also be created from simple sketches. Examples of the sketches we work from are available on request.
