Industry Shift Highlighted At Ecobuild

The strength of the wider environmental agenda that is now driving both the UK and the global construction industries was reflected by the record numbers of visitors to ACO Water Management’s stand at this year’s ecobuild.

Themed around ‘The System Chain’, ACO’s new approach to understanding and designing sustainable drainage, the stand drew interest from architects, developers and contractors from around the world looking to explore the latest solutions for applications across all the facets of the built environment.

"We have noticed a marked change in the nature of the enquiries we now receive at ecobuild," commented Peter Ridgeway, Market Development Director at ACO Water Management.

"The System Chain is an important evolution in the way that we work with this increasingly diverse and sophisticated customer-base. It clearly defines all the key processes that need to be considered and provides a solid foundation for us to explain the benefits of the latest products, materials and support services we supply."

A special guide ACO ecobuild Guide that describes The System Chain and gives a review of all the divisions and the product ranges available from ACO Water Management is now available either as a hard copy or to download.

Also popular on the stand were the Civils + Infrastructure range of surface water channels, the new newly launched ACO Eyeleds and ACO LightPoint illuminated channel drainage systems, the ACO StormTank modular attenuation and infiltration system and the ACO Brickslot range of discrete inlet channels that minimise the visual impact of any surface water collection network.
