Nergeco 'Intelligent Curtain' Doors Popular

Construction News Image
An expanded range of automatic and flexible doors equipped with a new 'Intelligent Curtain' system is proving to be popular for a specialist door business, Nergeco.

It has become a worldwide specialist for productivity doors being present within more than 75 countries.

The company, which has its head office in Dunières, France, said that the 'Intelligent Curtain' system increases insulation, energy and adds repair savings.

When closed, it offers the insulation adapted to each kind of process.

The company's Export Area Manager said: "At each cycle, engineering and safety managers appreciate its soft bottom edge, which is deformable and reactive on 40 cm height.

"It secures enhanced safety for 'just in time' opening and fast closing.

"This is how it will reduce your energy consumption, damage and production cuts," he said, noting that, in an addition of steel structure, which is still very useful for large dimensions, Nergeco has developed a groundbreaking structure in much more performing materials.

"The multi composite boasts an absence of imperfections on the surface or in depth and has a high thermal resistance and anti-corrosion power (+45% more resistant than 316L stainless steel) to increase the number of possible applications," he explained, noting these include cold rooms, clean rooms and special tailor-made projects.

They are also important for use in logistics operations, traditional industry and food processing applications.

"Thanks to our sales and installation network, we benefit from a presence in the whole UK," the Export Area Manager concluded.
