Mansell has secured a place on the East Thames Group new build contractors framework.

The four-year partnering framework has been split into two price bands, new build projects below £5 million and new build projects above £5 million. Mansell has successfully secured a place on both price bands.


The intention is that the active panel members will be invited to take place in mini competitions as the opportunities arise. Already there is a known 'pipeline' of nine projects totalling some £138 million for which Mansell will complete.

Mansell's Affordable Housing Director, Marcus Keys, said: "We are delighted to have been chosen by East Thames Group to create much needed high quality homes in and around London."
