Built in the late 1960s, the non traditional housing stock on North Milton Estate comprises 132 flats and 82 houses which will be enhanced by Mansell. The sustainable upgrade works will include insulated external elevation treatments and new roofs, improving the energy efficiency of the properties. Internally, bathrooms and kitchens will be replaced.

Working in partnership with the District Council and in consultation with the estate’s residents, this is one of a number of contracts awarded to Mansell through the collaborative iESE (Improvement and Efficiency, South East) Framework.
Work has recently started on site and will complete in November 2012.
