Shaun Lyons has been appointed to the newly created role of sector manager for central government as Constructionline looks to strengthen its business offering to the civil service.
He joins Constructionline following a six-year spell as a business relationship manager at contractor Mouchel where he helped to ensure government agencies and local authorities were providing efficient and high quality public services.

Ross Richardson is Constructionline's fourth appointment as a new business development manager (BDM) for Scotland where he will be supplying organisations with an easier and more efficient system with which to find and pre-qualify contractors.
Philip Prince, Constructionline sales and marketing director, said: "Clients of in both private and public sectors are under increasing pressure to deliver projects with less money but with greater assurances over quality.
