Capita Symonds Acquires H&S And Water Business Of MSS Plc
Capita Symonds has acquired the health & safety and water management business of Managed Support Services (MSS) Plc.
The acquisition will see 34 MSS staff in London and Manchester transfer to Capita Symonds, providing a full range of management, consultancy and training services to both commercial and public sector markets.
Andrew Murray, Business Development Director, Capita Symonds said: "As a constantly evolving organisation aiming to grow by 50% over the next three years we welcome the MSS health & safety and water management team to our business. We are already an established provider of health & safety and environmental consultancy services in the UK market and this acquisition allows us to further expand our business and explore new market opportunities."
