Auction Website Launches Live Helpdesk
Used plant and equipment specialist Mr Machinery has introduced a new interactive service to help buyers and sellers get the most out of its reserved auctions.
The online auction expert, which enables construction companies to bid on a wide range of high-quality used plant and heavy equipment, has launched a new live helpdesk facility at its www.mrmachinery.com website. Visitors to the portal will be able to post any queries they have both before and during Mr Machinery's fortnightly reserved online auctions, and get a swift response from one of the firm's customer service team.
Mark Bacon, Managing Director of Mr Machinery, explained: "This is just the first in a number of exciting additions we're introducing to help our customers get the highest possible standards of service. Visitors to our website often have a wide range of queries, from basic questions about how to go about placing a bid or selling an item, to more technical enquiries about a particular piece of machinery.
"This is an easy way for them to raise any issues they have and receive a prompt response. All they need to do is click the icon at the bottom right-hand side of any page of the website, which will open up an interactive online forum where they can discuss any aspect of the auction with one of our experts."
Mr Machinery is a dedicated online auction portal offering a unique platform for the sale and purchase of used plant machinery. Founded in 2007, the organisation has a global audience across more than 170 countries worldwide and currently attracts approximately 60,000 unique users to its site every year. With extensive experience within the heavy equipment and logistics industries, the team provides both buyers and sellers with a professional, personal and reliable service.
For all enquiries please contact Mark Bacon on +44 (0) 7813 604092 or via email at sales@mrmachinery.com
