Lovell Scoops Gloucester City Homes Contract

Gloucester City Homes has chosen Lovell to carry out a range of External Envelope refurbishment works on selected homes over the next three years.

The contract, which includes external works such as roofing, rendering, windows, fascias and soffits, is worth £1.5m.

Lovell has been working with Gloucester City Homes (GCH) for 5 years now and recently celebrated with GCH after work was completed on the 4000th home in the refurbishment programme. Work undertaken by Lovell consistently achieved 99% satisfaction rating from residents.

Regional Director, David Gough, said: "We have had a long and fruitful relationship with Gloucester City Homes, which has become a real success story. I have already seen the pleasure our work brings to individual residents and the benefit it brings to the community as a whole, so I’m looking forward to getting started on this new phase of improvements for the benefit of the people of Gloucester."
