Novus Sealing Announce Customer Survey Results
In August 2011, Novus Sealing launched an on-line customer satisfaction survey in order to measure the level of service we offer our customers. From 700 surveys emailed out, we received 94 responses. The results were extremely encouraging and we have decided to offer you a snapshot on what our customers really think about us.
See www.novussealing.com/emailerzz/images/CustomerSSSR_1910.pdf for the full customer satisfaction survey.
Philip Kelshaw, Managing Director of Novus Sealing announced: "2011 has been an encouraging year so far with sales exceeding plan and a healthy order book, giving great optimism for 2012.
"Since the acquisition of Novus Sealing by the FDS Group there has been high levels of investment in our manufacturing plant, systems and people to ensure that we continue to supply and service the quality product that our customers value.
"We have great people at Novus who are enthusiastic and determined to build on the success of 2011, and the results in our recent customer satisfaction survey show we are heading in the right direction but also identify areas for further improvement.
Most importantly I would like to thank you, our customer, for your continued support....we most definitely couldn't do it without you."
