Ending 2011 on a high Newey & Eyre raised the profile of the Electrical Contractors' Association (ECA) to increase the number of female electricians and are preparing for the release of the eagerly anticipated new 2012 Newlec catalogue due to be released in branches in February.

As the UK's leading electrical wholesale Neweys Online is committed to offering their customer real value for money on quality products and so any measures to cut costs will be welcomed by resellers of electrical cables, wiring accessories and seasonal items such as heaters. According to a KPMG/ Synovate Retail Think Tank “Retailers have been forced to offer steeper discounts far earlier than usual this year to tempt shoppers whose disposable income has been hit by rising food, fuel and utility bills, sending consumer confidence plunging to record lows in the U.K” so free delivery is one way Neweys Online can help it's trade account customers offer bigger discounts to their end customers.
