Staff Vote Bauder A Top Company To Work For
Ipswich based company Bauder, one of the largest and most respected roofing companies in Europe, is celebrating today as it has successfully made it into the 2012 Sunday Times 100 Best Small Companies to work for in the UK.
This is second time that the company has made it on to the prestigious list of the best places to work.
This year more than 500 small companies, with fewer than 250 employees, applied to take part in the competition. The Sunday Times surveyed more than 27,000 employees in total to compile the list and named Bauder a three star company within the honours.
Andrew Mackenzie, Bauder’s Managing Director, commented: "This accolade is extremely tough to achieve and there is a very stringent process to decide the top 100. We are ranked by what our employees say about us and we are thrilled that everyone is so positive about working for Bauder."
He added: "We truly believe that our staff are our most important asset and it is through the dedication and commitment of our staff that we have achieved our respected status in the roofing industry. We always try to recognise our employees contributions and we pride ourselves in striving to support personal growth and development. I’m pleased that our investment in our staff has been recognised in this way."
