South Survey Announce New Surveying Aid Has Been Developed
South Survey is pleased to announce that a new innovative surveying aid has been developed.
Deckset is the new innovative surveying aid to assist site engineering teams to set out on holorib and metal deck flooring systems.
Deckset Solutions gives Engineering Teams a rigid platform on metal deck flooring systems, and provides an innovative solution to a common problem; a solution that has never been available before.
Once onto the floor it provides increased versatility and lines of sight when setting out.
Setting Up
• Locate 3 no. shear studs.
• Clean the top of the studs to remove any water or debris (for maximum magnetism).
• Cut out any mesh or rebar within 50mm of wall of Deckset.
• Locate the 3 legs of the tripod into the centres of the Deckset feet.
• Place the survey instrument on to the Deckset.
