Lovell Appointed To £300m Heating Maintenance Framework
Lovell has been appointed by Alliance, a partnership of the three largest housing consortia in the UK - Fusion21, Northern Housing Consortium (NHC) and Procurement For Housing (PfH) - to a £300 million heating maintenance framework.
Lovell is one of a number of companies appointed to the five-year framework which starts this month (April) and will give housing providers access to gas servicing specialist contractors. The appointment could be worth up to £15 million for Lovell. Through the framework, the company will carry out heating servicing, repairs and installation of heating systems for social landlords.
Andrew Green, regional manager for the Lovell repairs and maintenance business, said: "Our team has an impressive track record in the delivery of gas servicing, repairs and the installation of heating systems and particular expertise in the social housing sector. We are delighted to be using our skills and experience as a partner contractor selected for the Alliance framework."
Lovell's repairs and maintenance team looks after more than 200,000 domestic and commercial properties across the UK. Services provided include day-to-day responsive repairs, void property refurbishments, programmed maintenance, and electrical and gas installations, servicing and repairs. The team has carried out over 311,000 repairs or service related visits in the last 12 months.
