CONTAINEX Is Part Of The European Football Championships 2012 In Poland And Ukraine
CONTAINEX will supply the European Football Championships 2012 in Poland and Ukraine with its modular building solutions as we have done in 2008 which took place in Austria and Switzerland.
"In total up to 582 office and sanitary modules, as well as storage units, have been delivered to Poland and Ukraine over the past weeks." says Managing Director Mr. Josef Heissenberger. Indeed, several modular buildings used temporarily as accommodation for security teams, for TV and media groups, for storage, for ticket sales, for accreditation, for VIP areas or simply used as toilet facilities have been erected around stadiums in every city hosting games. All modules have been manufactured especially for this event and will join our European rental fleet at a later stage.
"The delivery of the units, which already started end of March, was completed by the 18th of May and can be handed over to the client within agreed schedule!" reports Mr. Josef Heissenberger. "This further involvement in a major European sport event confirms our international presence. Our flexible modular buildings are regularly deployed in many national or international sport events. The Vienna City Marathon, the Alpine World Ski Championships in Val d´Isère or the Youth Olympic Games in Innsbruck are only a few examples. Our solutions have also proven to be most effective during other major events, such as the Rolling Stones concert in Bucarest or for the Pope’s visit during the World Youth Day in Cologne. For such exceptional events suppliers have to demonstrate highest flexibility and reliability. For this reason we are always very proud to be awarded contracts for large events, as it is a recognition of our performance”, concludes Mr. Heissenberger.
CONTAINEX, a part of the LKW-Walter Group, has turned over 177 Mio. Euros during last year. Over 50.000 modules and containers are sold every year in Europe. Additionally, CONTAINEX solutions can be hired all over Europe, either directly or through trading partners in specific countries.
