WHA Wins First Landlord Of The Year Award

Westfield Housing Association (WHA) were the first recipients of the Landlord of the Year category at the UK Housing Awards.

WHA won the prestigious new title for their strong focus on the community, their tenant involvement programme and for their investment in the neighbourhood.

The UK Housing Awards are hosted by the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) in partnership with Inside Housing. This year, the awards were restructured to recognise excellence across 16 categories.


Grainia Long, chief executive at CIH, said: "The UK Housing Awards showcase the very best people and organisations working in the sector and we are thrilled to be a part of it.

"Congratulations to Westfield Housing Association for winning the landlord of the year award. Even though they are a relatively small, community based organisation their work is dynamic and very aspirational in terms of what they achieve."
