Lovell Opens New Show Home
Lovell has just opened a new show home at its fast-selling development of stunning mews housing in the historic centre of Monmouth.
Home hunters can see why by visiting the two-bedroom show home which is a great advertisement for the development’s superb build quality and attention to detail.
The development is a highly successful blend of traditional style and cutting-edge modern comfort, explains Lovell regional sales manager Kate Rees: "In this very special setting in the centre of the historic town, the new homes - which start from just £220,000 - are arranged in a gated courtyard and perfectly complement the beautiful surroundings, incorporating features such as wooden sash windows and a highly attractive, traditional design. Lovell worked closely with the local planning authority and conservation officer in the selection of the building materials used in the development.
"At the same time, Cwrt William Jones offers the conveniences of a luxurious, modern home with under-floor heating on the ground-floor, kitchens with top-quality Bosch appliances, private parking and all the seclusion and security afforded by a gated development."
As well as the new two-bedroom mews homes, Lovell is also building state-of-the-art almshouse accommodation for Bristol Charities.
Each property is built to an extremely high specification by Lovell which this year once again received a top five-star rating in the Home Builders Federation national customer satisfaction survey. Lovell also won a Gold Award for customer satisfaction after a survey by In-house Research found that – for the third year running -100 per cent of Lovell homebuyers in South Wales surveyed would recommend Lovell.
