Clarke & Associates Ltd (Consulting Civil & Structural Engineers and Project Managers) are pleased to welcome Dominic Sparkes to the business.
Dominic is a Chartered Civil Engineer with 20 years experience in the construction industry. He has joined Clarke & Associates as a Director and his technical expertise and management experience will strengthen the Practice as the construction industry recovers from the recent recession.
