Lovell has appointed Catherine Hill as field sales manager for its London region, based at the company's regional main office in Elstree, Hertfordshire.

She will have responsibility for leading the firms’ New Homes sales team in London and the M25 catchment area and for strategic sales and marketing.

Catherine joins Lovell with a strong background and wide-ranging expertise in land purchase, property sales and aftercare. Catherine will be involved in driving the company’s sales of its superb range of high-quality, new-build homes - from contemporary apartments to townhouses and traditional family homes.

Prior to joining Lovell, Catherine has held senior management positions with Knight Frank, Telford Homes and Barratt Eastern Counties.
