Amey has confirmed that the acquisition of Enterprise plc is now complete.
The acquisition makes Amey one of the most diverse players in the UK public and regulated sectors with a turnover of £2.3bn and 21,000 employees.
Amey now operates over 320 contracts, providing an unrivalled range of services including; utilities, highways, waste management, rail, justice solutions, social housing and facilities management. Services are underpinned by our leading consulting and asset management capabilities which allow us to offer stand-alone or integrated service solutions across nearly every county of the UK.
Mel Ewell has already been named as the chief executive of the newly combined organisation, but today confirmed his new management team as:

• Keith Sexton, Group HSEA Director
• Andres Camacho, Integration Director

The firm will now begin a dedicated process of integrating Enterprise into Amey, while remaining focused on delivering a smooth transition for customers; ensuring service continuity and maintaining operational excellence throughout.
